Today is our 6th and final day of learning for leaders in #elevateleadership 2 in @USD265_Goddard. Participants are working through their self-reflection this morning before we move into showcase presentations where each leader will share more on their leadership journey.
We were also in Lenexa today meeting with our Kansas City cohort of #elevateleadership 1 participants. On this final day, attendees spent time processing on how to lead change effectively while also sharing their action plans for next year. #edleadershipmatters
