Today was day 2 for our participants in SPED and the Building Leader. On this day, attendees dug deep into MDRs and Behavior Intervention Plans. Leaders evaluated BIPs against quality criteria and action planned for next steps in their own building based on their learning.

We are in Dodge City today working with our new principals and year 1 #KELI participants via our New Principals Support workshop. Today, leaders are learning more about appreciation at work, instructional leadership, and data driven leadership. #edleadershipmatters

The 2026 Uniting Leaders Conference is just a few months away, and we are currently accepting proposals for breakout sessions! Proposals are due by January 31st and can be submitted via the QR code. The code will also take you to registration and room block information.

We are meeting with new principals this week as part of our New Principals Support and #KELI partnership. This week, leaders are focused on instructional leadership strategies with an emphasis on holding clear, high instructional expectations and embracing data driven leadership!



Today, we are at the @KASBPublicEd building in Topeka working with leaders in our Emerging Leadership Development for Superintendents Year 2 group. This training is part of our larger KEDS program built by and for superintendents. Today, leaders focused on conflict and culture.
