Today is our final Elevate Your BLT Refresher day, and we are in Emporia with over 60 leaders who are coming together to learn, collaborate, and plan for the future! There were smiles and hugs this morning setting us up for another impactful day of professional development.
We also had the opportunity to spend the day in Garden City working with BLTs for the one day Elevate Your BLT Refresher. Teams were able to come back together to reflect on their progress, refresh on their goals and commitments, and action plan for next year! #elevateleadership

We are in Andover today working with schools through a one-day Elevate Your Building Leadership Team Refresher. Today, teams are comparing their data to their current reality, vision casting, reviewing the stages of improvement, and planning for another successful school year!
Our Elevate Your BLT participants wrapped up their 3rd day of learning today. They focused on the What Matters Most framework, discussion on how to inspire & lead change, and moved into action planning for the coming school year. G.A. Yesterday and today, 25 new Kansas Superintendents joined us in Topeka for the KSSA New Superintendents Workshop. They had the opportunity to meet, learn from, & make connections with leaders from USA, KSSA, KELI, KASB, KSDE, and other experienced Kansas Superintendents. It has been a great 2 days of learning & we look forward to supporting these superintendents as they continue their leadership journey! #edleadershipmatters
Our USA-Kansas team is busy this week! We are kicking off our first rounds of "Elevate Your Building Leadership Team" in Council Grove (with teams from Council Grove, Lyndon, & Bennington) as well as Kingman-Norwich (with teams from Kingman-Norwich & Hutchinson). Today, they are focusing on intentional leadership, grounding in their moral purpose, & understanding effective leader & team traits. We had teams from Ottawa, Holton, & Marysville join us today in Topeka come together for collaboration around their Private AI Servers. They learned more about the servers then worked on building personalized models on their own servers. https://www.leadershipaiplus.org/home

Today, the focus is analyzing current reality, reflecting on best practices to enhance student learning, and owning the district vision, mission, values, and goals.
