Superintendents are gathered in Salina as part of our Emerging Leadership Development program for Superintendents. This collaborative partnership with @KASBPublicEd is meant to support leaders in their first years of service to grow their capacity to be world class leaders. #KSSA


We are back in Dodge City today partnering with KASEA to provide day 2 of "SPED and the Building Leader". This training brings SPED expertise to our building leaders providing them with tools and resources to better support each student in reaching success. #edleadershipmatters

Today, we are working with #elevateleadership 1 participants in Goddard & Topeka. Leaders spent time today focusing on connecting staff to their moral purpose and understanding the What Matters Most Framework. #edleadershipmatters


Today, we join forces with @KSPrincipals to support New Principals. Principals are in Goddard today reflecting on their leadership journey, working in "helping trios", and learning about trauma responsive care. This afternoon, a principal panel will be held! #edleadershipmatters



Superintendents were in Topeka today for KSSA LINKS. These meetings serve as a time for district leaders to meet, network, learn from one another, and hear from state leaders on issues pertinent to the role of district leader. #KSSA #edleadershipmatters



Today, we are working with #elevateleadership 1 folks in Chanute, Garden City and Salina. Leaders spent time this morning reconnecting and reflecting on their moral purpose heading into the spring before diving deeper into the What Matters Most Framework. #edleadershipmatters
