We spent the day with our KC Cohort in Lenexa working through day 3 of Elevate Leadership 2. It was a fantastic day of collaboration on building the culture leaders want in their schools through trust, support, and communication. Thank you to @NabholzCorp for hosting us today.

Today, we are working on filming for our soon-to-be-released video series called the Kansas Leadership Development Series. This project will feature the stories and lessons of leaders from across Kansas. We can't wait to share more about this project with you in the spring!

Today, we are in Garden City working with teacher leaders in the Western Kansas Leadership Academy. Leaders are learning about trust and the importance of instructional leadership. This program is a collaboration with @swplains and @KASBPublicEd. Another great day of leaning!

Leaders are in Topeka today for day 3 of Elevate Leadership 1. This morning, leaders are learning about academic optimism and the four domains of leadership behavior. Later, attendees will dig into the What Matters Most framework focusing on instruction and pathways to success.
