Brief Session Description:

This professional development workshop will focus on three strategies for Rethinking Relationships:

• Being approachable, accessible and welcoming to all

• Instituting structures and strategies to enable all students to have strong relationships with each other and staff

• Instituting structures and strategies that foster and maintain strong relationships among staff members

Presenter:

These workshops will be led by G.A. Buie, Jerry Henn, Duane Dorshorst, Doug Moeckel, Brian Jordan, Sue Givens, Gary Sechrist, Britton Hart, Tim Brady, and Melanie DeMoss. These presenters bring to the table over 200 years of building level leadership including four Kansas Principals of the Year and one Superintendent of the Year.  Overall, a team of facilitators skilled at leading change in Kansas.
