Have you ever wondered how to help your school align their day to day behaviors with what they have identified as their values? Join us in a 4-day series focused on bringing values to life through creating school environments that are focused on adult well-being. Research shows when the adults in a system feel safe and are connected to one another they are better able to serve the students in their care.
We will explore ways to create emotional and physical safety in our schools, build intentional connections among staff and students, and explore ways to encourage problem solving around topics that create crucial conversations. Sessions will be highly interactive and include time for reflection and action planning on how to take the content back to the building for impact on staff and student well being.
Building level leaders, teacher leaders, school counselors - anyone with a passion for creating environments in our schools of well-being, safety, and connection
