The Instructional Leadership Academy is a professional learning experience designed to strengthen the capacity of school leaders to positively influence teaching, learning, and student outcomes. Grounded in research on effective leadership and continuous improvement, this series focuses on three essential areas of instructional leadership practice: leading for impact, leading change, and leading learning. Participants will explore how to identify high-leverage actions that improve student outcomes, develop the skills needed to guide meaningful and sustainable change, and strengthen their role as instructional leaders who support high-quality teaching and learning.
Through collaborative learning, reflection, and application, leaders will engage in strategies that build strong school cultures, align systems around student learning goals, and use data to drive improvement. The series will provide practical tools, leadership frameworks, and opportunities for peer collaboration so participants can translate learning into action within their schools.
