For vendors who are interested in exhibiting at USA|Kansas' convention, here are some details that will help as you prepare for the show:

Booth Rates and Specifications

• Booth (8’ x 10’): $500 for the first booth, $325 for each additional booth
  
• School Buses: Beginning at $475 (see the Exhibitors Prospectus for a complete listing of fees)

Booth rental includes an 8’ x 10’ booth with an 8’ draped backdrop, 3’ draped side rail dividers, one 6’ table, 2 chairs and a complimentary promotional sign. In order to prevent interference with adjoining booths, no signs or equipment shall extend beyond the sides of the booth.

Electrical service, Internet connection, carpet, freight, storage, etc. are NOT included in the booth rental. An Exhibitor Service Kit and order forms will be provided with your confirmation notice once the Exhibitor Reservation Form has been returned to and processed by the USA|Kansas office.

Refunds and cancellations: Cancellations made after December 1, 2011 are nonrefundable.

Hospitality Suites

Vendors exhibiting at the convention will have the option of obtaining a hospitality suite. Since hospitality suites will be allocated on an exhibitor preference basis, requests must be cleared through the USA|Kansas office before contacting hotels. USA|Kansas will be using the Wichita Hyatt Regency for all convention activities.

Booth Assignments

Assignment of booth space will begin in early December according to the following criteria. Vendors will be notified no later than January 6, 2012 of booth assignments.

• 1st assignment: USA|Kansas Corporate Sponsors
  
• 2nd assignment: USA|Kansas Affiliate Members who have exhibited at past conventions
  
• 3rd assignment: USA|Kansas Affiliate Members
  
• 4th assignment: First come, first assigned

Prize Drawings

We invite you to hold prize drawings Wednesday evening and Thursday all day. Exhibitors are asked to donate items to be given away. If you choose to have a raffle, you will select the winner and bring the pick-up ticket to the front of the stage where the winner will be announced to go to your booth for distribution of the prizes.
